I build client stores — which tier is that?
Studio for a handful of clients, Agency for twenty-five sites plus white-labeling of the approval page and emails. Billing sits with whoever holds the license.

Because WooCommerce ships breaking changes several times a year and a one-off payment cannot fund keeping up with them. The nearest competitor sells a perpetual license and has not shipped an update in almost two years. We would rather charge annually and still be here.
